“Quietly, Its Gone” is the collected works of Abrupt Decay/KSD-adjacent FALSE BODY. It’s their INSANE serious Eps, as well as a two new single to wrap it up in to a full new thing. If it wasn’t for the slight differences in production quality, you could call this an album - and to be honest it kind of plays like one. The pacing is great, and it feels so intentional. Their EPs are already so curated that I think its the perfect way to listen to them tbh. I’m calling it an all new thing! You can call it collected works. Whatever you want! I’m just amped to add yet another feather in to the cap of this little Canadian/Wildrose WV universe here!
We’re hitting everyting. My favorite peeps from AD/KSD/etc as well as a phenomenal set from GGR. The last of the in-hand release for 2025! And lets not forget what might be my favorite part of this whole thing - that art! I spoke on it earlier, but i’ve been excited to use these panels for years. These were originally gonna be for a project that ended up not materializing, but then when I was able to confirm the release with this False Body, it was just pure serendipity. Just so happens to be best case scenario because I think this art is much better for this release than any other thing it could’ve been. Nothing brings me more joy than bands just letting me do my thing, and it really just came together in such an insane way here. Eternal thanks to Syzygy aka lumierebelge for these panels (was worth like, setting up a Western Union transfer to the middle of rural Argentina and like, spending weeks getting all this coordinated). Kai did an insane job too and when you see how many drafts this took you’ll understand! We STRUGGLED lmao.
