Address changes must be emailed to orders@waxvessel.com BEFORE receiving your shipping notification.
If you get a shipping notification, we are in the process of shipping your order.
If you email an address change the same day you get your notification, we are busy shipping and may not be able to accommodate the request before shipments are finalized.
Items shipped to incorrect addresses due to failure to notify will be re-sent if possible, with repaid shipping fees.
Obviously, if the error was made on our part, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
The best (and basically only) place to get updates on shipping timelines is the Wax Vessel Facebook page or the production updates here.
Preorder timelines are generally stated when a release is announced and also on the product page.
"In Hand" releases will typically ship no later than 2 weeks after product sale.
A post will be made when orders are dropped off.
If your tracking number doesn’t update after 30 days, we will work with you towards a solution.
Simple as that. 30 days is the cutoff.
If you request a shipping update in any way before 30 days, then you will get an immediate refund and be barred from ordering anything in the future.
It is 100% binary. There is no efficacy to the situation. If it is before 30 days, no matter how innocuous the question, you’ll be refunded and barred.
If it has been more than 30 days, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
We keep some replacement copies for these exact circumstances.
If a replacement copy is not available, you will be refunded or credited towards a future order.
Our USPS drop off location is a regional distribution hub. Yes, it is an absolute nightmare.
Sometimes your package will not get an origin scan, sometimes it will. It's truly a coin flip.
No, it's not weird if your package hasn't scanned in the day everything all gets dropped off.
Yes, yours got dropped off with the rest of them. We were there.
No, there is nothing we can personally do to update scanning once packages have been dropped off.
Yes, your tracking shows "USPS awaiting item". This just means it hasn't scanned yet. It has been dropped off. Again, we were there.
Most of the time there are only 2-3 people handling every aspect of shipping a full drop. Please be patient and understanding.
We do everything we can to get you your packages quickly and safely.
