Who’s ready to kick off Nichevember! Starting off with everyone’s favorite, the biggest small band, Everything Falls Together!
EFT was one of those bands that really made you feel cool when you found out about them. Just absolutely the most guttural, frantic, chaotic colelction of songs from the era. I remember getting a 187 Records' comp and just being blown away by EFT. The art, the logo, everyting about it was the perfect combination of "sassy techgrind goes brutal."
It's a short self-titled, but in these five songs EFT manages to convery so much emotion and skill. These are the types of EPs that really defined the early MySpace scene for me. You can't have a conversation about techgrind without including this self-titled. It's kind of a love-child between frantic high-screamed tech, but still packs in those early deathcore gutturals and breakdowns. It's the fusion of these two MySpace styles that really just makes this the perfect Nichevember release!
In another true return to form, art was handled by Ben Hoagland. It's a meld of a couple of their early covers, and i think the anatomical sketches-meets-doomsday-scene really encompasses the material on this. So happy with how it turned out! Layout was once again handled by Kai at Lab 13 as well.
Audio completely remixed and remastered by the band themselves from the original files! So pumped that band was able to put their take on the audio - I think you’re going to dig it! Digital downloads, stickers, etc will be included. Master tracks will be available for $1 on release day!
Preorder will go live on November 13th at 1:00pm CST. I expect these to ship in February due to the sheer quantity of hand-laid variants!
